2017 — The Beginning

Founded with a Vision

Star AutoTech was founded after our founders personally experienced the frustration of buying a used vehicle with undisclosed loan history. We set out to solve this problem for millions of Indians by making vehicle data transparent and accessible.

2019 — Building the Database

RTO Integration Achieved

We successfully integrated with MoRTH's VAHAN database and multiple state RTO portals, enabling real-time access to vehicle registration data across 12 Indian states — a major technical milestone.

2020 — Expansion

Challan & Insurance Services Launched

We expanded our service portfolio to include traffic challan verification (via e-challan.parivahan.gov.in) and insurance status checks through IIB integration, doubling our user base in just 6 months.

2022 — Pan-India Coverage

All 28 States + UTs Covered

Star AutoTech achieved complete pan-India RTO coverage, making us one of the few platforms capable of generating vehicle reports for any registration number in India, from Leh to Kanyakumari.

2024 — Today
